
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in all majors
- Well-groomed and polite
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Exim (Export-Import) Staff.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) (Preferred)
- Fast learning, multitasking, high initiative
- Able to use Microsoft Office well (Word, Excel, E-mail)
- Understand import regulations and documents (BC 23, Invoice, Packing List, HAWB/BL, COO, HS code, and export-import regulations)
- Have good communication skills with PPJK/forwarder
- Have the ability to work both individually (independently) and in groups.
- Have good communication skills, good attitude & manner
- Owning a Customs Expert Certification (PPJK) is a plus
Responsibilities :
- Understand general import policies/procedures
- Communicate with suppliers
- Monitor the status of import progress from the country of origin to the recipient, ensuring that goods arrive in the condition as ordered and in good condition
- Validate import and export documents (Invoice, Packing List, HAWB/BL, COO, HS code, etc.)
- Ensure that export and import files and documents are well-documented
